We no longer accept personal insurance, but instead offer a "Super bill" to patients.  What this means is that you pay at the time of visit and we will give you a super bill that you can then submit to your own insurance company. 

If you are covered for chiropractic care you may be reimbursed by your insurance company for an out-of-network provider charge.  We are happy to walk you through this process, it is easier then it sounds.

We are conveniently located immediately off of Hwy 49 at the Gold Flat/Ridge Road exit in Nevada City.
