TUESDAYS 6:00 - 7:00pm with DR. DALE
Learn how to rehabilitate and maintain healthy, flexible joints
Ease spinal pain by specific stretching techniques
Visuals of nerve and joint anatomy are used in class to give you a more lively concept of how your body functions
Class is FREE to everyone (donations accepted). Bring all your friends and family - we hope to see you there.
