Spine Care and Stretching – with DR. Dale and Diane
Dale and Diane have been teaching free yoga stretching classes twice a week since the mid 1980's.
MOST WEDNESDAYS 3:30 - 4:30pm with DIANE
TUESDAYS 6:00 - 7:00pm with DR. DALE
- Learn how to rehabilitate and maintain healthy, flexible joints
- Ease spinal pain by specific stretching techniques
- Visuals of nerve and joint anatomy are used in class to give you a more lively concept of how your body functions
- Class is FREE to everyone (donations accepted). Bring all your friends and family - we hope to see you there.
- Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for stretching and relaxing
